Chap. 703.—An ACT allowing B. B. Redwine, late treasurer of Wise count y
further time for collecting uncollected taxes in Wise county.

Approved March 5, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That B. B°
Redwine, late treasurer of Wise county, be allowed the further time
of one year within which to distrain and levy for and collect any
uncollected tax-tickets still in his hands not returned delinquen
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, eighteen hundre
and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine and eightee1
hundred and ninety.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
