Chap. 698.—An ACT to allow Louis Jones, late treasurer of \
further time to distrain and levy for taxes, levies and licen:
1888, 1889, 1890, 1891 and 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgin
Jones, late treasurer of Middlesex county, be allows
time of one year within which to distrain and levy f
and licenses now in his hands and uncollected by hit
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundre
nine, eighteen hundred and ninety, eighteen hundre
one and eighteen hundred and ninety-two, which ha
turned delinquent or insolvent, and for which he ha
his annual settlement.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
