1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That th
act of the general assembly approved February, eighteen hundre
and ninety-four, entitled an act to amend section three, chapte
one hundred and eighty-eight, acts of eighteen hundred an
ninety-one and eighteen hundred and ninety-two, entitled an act t
amend and re-enact chapter three hundred and thirty-six, acts o
eighteen hundred and eighty-nine and eighteen hundred and ninety
entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter one hundred an
ninety-two, acts eighteen hundred and eighty-five and eighteen hup
dred and eighty-six, entitled.an act to incorporate the town of Pu

laski City, be, and the same is, amended and re-enacted so as to rea
as follows:
§ 3. The boundaries of said town shall be: Commencing at a
point due south of the west end of the fifth bridge of the Norfolk
and Western railroad, west of the Bertha zinc and mineral company ;
thence due north one-fourth of a mile; thence due east to west line
of the landsof the Bertha zinc and mineral company lying north of
said railroad; thence along western boundary of the lands of the
Bertha sinc and mineral company to Pond Lick branch; thence
down Pond Lick branch to tract fork of Peak creek, and across
said creek to the nearest point on line of the lands of the Pulaski
land and improvement company; thence along the western, east-
ern and northern boundary of the same to a point where the same
touches the line of the landsof the Lake Spring land company ;
thence around the northern and eastern boundaries of same to
a point in the property line of the Pulaski development company ;
thence westerly along the property line of the Pulaski development
company to a point which is the corner between the Lake Spring
land and improvement company and the Pulaski development com-
pany; thence southerly along the property line of the Pulaski de-
velopment company to a point in the centre of Third street; thence
westerly along the centre of Third street to a point in the centre of
Union avenue; thence southerly along the centre of Union avenue to
a point in the property line of G. V. Litchfield ; thence easterly along
the property line of G. V. Litchfield to a point in the property line
of the Pulaski development company; thence southerly along the
property line of the Pulaski development company to the southeast
corner of the Lake Spring land and improvement company; thence
around the south boundary of the lands of the Lake Spring land
and improvement company to the line of the lands of the Martin
land and improvement company; thence along the line of the south-
erly boundary of the same to the southwest corner of the same;
thence due west toa point south of the Norfolk and Western railroad
company, due south of the west end of the fifth bridge of said com-
pany, west of the works of the Bertha zinc and mineral company ;
thence due north to the place of beginning.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
