Chap. 656.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of the counties of
Prince George and Surry to increase the salary of the judge of the county
courts of said counties.

Approved March 5, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be lawful for the board of supervisors of the counties of Prince
George and Surry, in their discretion, to increase the salary of the
judge of said counties so that said increased salary shall not exceed
the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars per annum in each county ;
and such increased salary shall be paid out of the county levy law,
as provided by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
