Chap. 640.—An ACT to give D. Mott Robertson, treasurer of Appomattox
county, and his deputies, power of levy and distress to collect certain tax-
tickets now in his hands.

Approved March 5, 1894.

Whereas D. Mott Robertson, treasurer of Appomattox county, and
his deputies, have in their hands various tax-tickets for which they
have accounted to the state and county: therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the said
D. Mott Robertson and his deputies shall have the same power of
levy and distress as is now possessed by treasurers under the reve-
nue laws to collect said uncollected tax-tickets now in his hands for
the years eighteen hundred and ninety, eighteen hundred and ninety-
one and eighteen hundred and ninety-two.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
