Chap. 637.—An ACT to allow the Wharton grove camp-ground company to
erect a wharf in front of its land-on Rappahannock river.
Approved March 5, 1894.
1. Be 1t enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
Wharton grove camp-ground company, of the county of Lancaster,
be, and is hereby, authorized to erect a wharf in front of its land, in
the county of Lancaster, on the Rappahannock river, near Weems,
Virginia, subject to all the laws of the state governing all wharves
erected on the waters of the commonwealth: and provided, also,
that this act shall at all times be under the control of the general
assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
