Chap. 60.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of James K. Gilmore,
Hugh F. Parrish, Oliver Cutchings, John Lipop, Mallory K. Cannon and
Adam C. Carson.

Approved January 22, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia (two-thirds
of both houses concurring), That the political disabilities of James
K. Gilmore, Hugh F. Parrish, Oliver Cutchings, John Lipop, Mallory
K. Cannon and Adam C. Carson, incurred under clause three of sec-
tion one of article three of the constitution of Virginia with refer-
ence to duelling, be, and the same are hereby, removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
