Chap. 590.—An ACT allowing J. L. C. Smith, treasurer of the city of Bristol,
further time for the collection of taxes for the year 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That J.
L. C. Smith, treasurer of the city of Bristol, be allowed further time
to collect the taxes and city levies that remain in his hands for the
year eighteen hundred and ninety which have not been returned de-
linquent or insolvent, and for which he has accounted, by distress
or levy, and that the time for his collection of said taxes be ex-
tended to the first day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-
five.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
