Chap. 574.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Reformed church, near
Lovettsville, to sell or exchange their parsonage.
Approved March 8, 1864.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That L. W.
George, A. J. Lender and John W. Yokey, trustees of the Reformed
church, near Lovettaville, in Loudoun county, be, and they are hereby,
authorized to sell or exchange the parsonage belonging to said church
for such sum of money as to them may be deemed reasonable, and
to invest said sum in such manner as they may deem proper, or ex-
change the said parsonage for such property in Lovettsville as to
them may seem desirable.
2. Be it further enacted, That said trustees be, and they are
hereby, authorized to use the principal of five hundred dollars, being
the amount of a bequest now secured by a lien on realty, towards the
erection of a new church in Lovettsville, which said new church
shall be covered by ample insurance.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
