Chap. 554.—An ACT to remove certain deed-books from the clerk’s office of
the circuit court of Washington county to the clerk’s office of the county
court of said county.
Approved March 2, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
clerk of the circuit court of Washington county is authorized to re-
move -deed- books, designated as deed-book A and deed-book B, now
in his custody, to the clerk’s office of the county court of said county,
there to be kept, preserved, copied and indexed by the county clerk
as required by law in the case of deed-books and other records.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
