Chap. 515.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to authorize the recorda
tion in the clerk’s oflice of the corporation court of the city of Buena Vist:
of certain writings, papers and records heretofore recorded in the clerk’
otlice of the county court of Rockbridge county, by copying the same fron
the books in said last-named clerk’s ottice, in which said writings are nov
recorded, approved February 12, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an ac!
entitled an act to authorize the recordation in the clerk’s office of the
corporation court of the city of Buena Vista of certain writings
papers and records heretofore recorded in the clerk’s office of the
county court of Rockbridge county, by copying the same from the
books in said last-named clerk’s office, in which said writings are
now recorded, approved February twelfth, eighteen hundred and
ninety-four, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
