Chap. 510.—An ACT for the relief of George Hungate, a Confederate soldier,
of Floyd county, Virginia. .

Whereas George Hungate, a Confederate soldier, of Floyd county,
Virginia, is alleged to be totally disabled by reason of wounds re-
ceived in battle in the late war between the states, and unable by
reason thereof to perform manual labor in support of himself and
family: therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That if it
shall be proved before the county court of Floyd county, and so
certified to the auditor of public accounts, that the said George Hun-
gate’s disability from the cause aforesaid is total and equal to the
loss of a limb, then the said auditor is directed to list him fora pen-
sion of thirty dollars, instead of fifteen, as he is now listed for
partial disability.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
