Chap. 497.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Warwick county
to increase the salary of the county judge of that county.

Approved March 1, 1804.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Warwick county be, and it is hereby, author-
ized to increase the salary of the county judge of that county, so
that the same shall not be less than four hundred dollars nor more
than eight hundred dollars per annum and mileage, so that said
mileage shall not exceed in any one year the sum of twenty-five

ollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
