Chap. 480.—An ACT extending the time for commencing the construction of
the Petersburg and Chesterfield railroad and re-enacting the act approved
March 3, 1892.

Approved February 28, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
eix hundred and eighty-six, session eighteen hundred and ninety-one
and eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be re-enacted and section
seven be amended to read as follows:

§ 7. The said company shall be required to commence the construc-
tion of the said railroad within two years from July first, eighteen
hundred and ninety-four, and to complete the same within five years
therefrom.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
