Chap. 453.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 5 of an act to incorporate
the Hampton normal and agricultural institute, approved June 4, 1870.

1. Beitenacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
five of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Hampton normal and
agricultural institute, approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and
seventy, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 5. That the board of trustees shall not be less than nine nor
more than seventeen, five of whom shall constitute a quorum.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
