Chap. 448.—An ACT to prescribe the time for holding the courts in the eighth
judicial circuit.
Approved February 27, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there shal]
be held annually in each of the counties of the eighth judicial circuit
of this state two regular terms of the circuit court, as follows, to-wit:
In the county of Warwick, on the the first Tuesday in March and Sep-
tember; in the county of Elizabeth City, on the third Tuesday in
March and September; in the county of New Kent, on the fourth
Tuesday in March and September; in the county of Accomac, on the
first Tuesday in April and October; in the county of York, on the
fourth Tuesday in April and October; in the county of Northampton,
on the third Tuesday in April and October; in the county of Charles
City, on the second Tuesday in May and November; in the city of
Williamsburg and county of James City, on the third Tuesday in
May and November.
2. Be it further enacted, That all acts and parts of acts so far as
they may be inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force on and after the first day of July,
eighteen hundred and ninety-four.
