Chap. 446.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act prohibiting the running at
large of hogs and sheep within a certain district in Prince William county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
one of an act annroved PRahrnaryv aivyteeanth aightaan hnndrad and
ninety-two, entitled an act prohibiting the running at large of hogs
within a certain district in Prince William county, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
-shall be unlawful for any hog, or hogs, or sheep to run at large be-
yond the limits of their owners’ or managers’ lands within the follow-
ing boundary: Beginning at the junction of Broad and Cedar run,
and thence up Broad run to Ellis’ mill, and thence following the
county road to Greenwich church, and thence with the Walnut
branch road to the Fauquier line to Cedar run, and thence down
Cedar run to the beginning.
2. This act shall take effect on the first day of May, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-four.
