Chap. 444.—An ACT to authorize J. C. Harris to construct a mill-dam across
Clinch river, in Russell county, Virginia.

Approved February 27, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That J. C.
Harris, of the county of Russell, be, and he is hereby, authorized to
construct and erect across Clinch river, on his lands near Sword’s
creek, in said county, a mill-dam, so as the same shall not exceed
ten feet in height. _

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
