Chap. 443.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved February 29, 1892,
entitled an act to prescribe the times for holdin the circuit courts in the sev-
eral counties comprised in the fifteenth judicial circuit of Virginia.
Approved February 27, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
approved February twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two,
entitled an act to prescribe the times for holding the circuit courts
in the several counties composing the fifteenth judicial circuit of
Virginia, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 1. That the circuit courts for the several counties composing the
fifteenth judicial circuit shall be held at the following times: Wythe,
secoud Monday in February and second Monday in September; Pu-
laski, third Monday in March and third Monday in November; Bland,
second Monday in May and first Monday in October; Carroll, fourth
Monday in April and first Monday in November; Giles, fourth Mon-
day in May and third Monday in October; Tazewell, first Monday in
April, third Monday in August and second Monday in December.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
