Chap. 439.—An ACT to allow L. B. Hunley, late treasurer of Mathews county,
further time to distrain and levy for taxes for the years 1889-’90-’91.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That L. B.
Hunley, late treasurer of Mathews county, be allowed the further
time of one year within which to distrain and levy for taxes and
Jevies now in his hands and uncollected by him for the years eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-nine, eighteen hundred and ninety and
eighteen hundred and ninety-one, which have not been returned
delinquent, and for which he has accounted in his annual settlement
to the proper authorities.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
