Chap. 422.—An ACT to authorize the appointment of an additional commis-
sioner in chancery for the circuit courts of Tazewell and Rockbridge
counties.

Approved February 27, 1804.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
circuit courts of Tazewell and Rockbridge counties are hereby au-
thorized to appoint an additional commissioner in chancery, with
the same powers and duties as those already authorized by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
