Chap. 42.—An ACT to allow D. F. Parker and Brother to erect a wharf on Mill
creek, Rappahannock river.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That D. F.
Parker and Brother, of the county of Middlesex, be, and they are
hereby, authorized to erect a wharf on the land belonging tothe said
D. F. Parker and Brother, in the county of Middlesex, on the Rap-
pahannock river, subject to all the laws of the state governing all
wharfs erected on the waters of the commonwealth: and provided, also,
that this act shall at all times be under the control of the general
assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
