Chap. 405.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 4 of an act entitle
act to incorporate the Mutual live stock association of Accomac parish
proved March 5, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
ion four of chapter four hundred and seven of the acts of eigl
undred and eighty-seven and eighteen hundred and eighty-
ye amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 4. There shall be an annual meeting of the association fo:
lection of officers and directors, at such time and place as the s
iolders in general meeting may appoint. The president, vice-y
lent, secretary and treasurer shall be president, vice-president
etary and treasurer of the board of directors, and at the ar
neeting of said association for the elections of officers, a maj
f the members thereof, in person or represented by proxy,
constitute a quorum for such meeting. In all meetings of sai
ciation each member so present, whether in person or by p
shall be entitled to one vote.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
