Chap. 396.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act entitled an
act to incorporate the Fredericksburg and Winchester railroad company, ap-
proved January 22, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tion one of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Fredericksburg
and Winchester railroad company, approved January twenty-second,
eighteen hundred and ninety-four, be amended and re-enacted so as
to read as follows:
§ 1. That William A. Little, junior, Thomas W. Harrison, Henry
Fairfax, Henry H. Downing, Channing M. Ward, Randolph G. Ward,
David S. Kamerer, Alonzo Tripp and George Sellers, and their asso-
ciates, successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, constituted
and declared a body politic and corporate by the name and style of
the Fredericksburg and Winchester railroad company.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
