1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Eugene
Garrett, of the county of Essex, is hereby released and discharged
from the payment of a fine of five dollars imposed on him by the
county court of said county at the December term of said court, in
the year eighteen hundred and ninety-two.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
