Chap. 378.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Lunenburg count
to increase the salary of the judge of the county court of that county.

Approved February 24, 18%.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgina, That it shal
be lawful for the board of supervisors of Lunenburg county to in
crease the salary of the judge of the county court of said county t
sum not exceeding five hundred dollars per annum, which sur
shall not be reduced during the term of his said office, and such in
rreaged salary shall be paid out of the county levy, as provided b
aw.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
