Chap. 373.—An ACT for the relief of G. W. Smith.
Approved February 23, 1894.
Whereas it appears that G. W. Smith has paid to the state the sum
of eighteen dollars and twenty-six cents in taxes upon a tract of land
srroneously entered upon the land-books of Loudoun and Prince
William counties for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-one,
ighteen hundred and eighty-six, eighteen hundred and eighty-
even and eighteen hundred and eighty-eight; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to draw his
warrant on the treasurer for eighteen dollars and twenty-six cents in
favor of G. W. Smith, in full satisfaction of all claims of said Smith
against the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
