Chap. 37.—An ACT to allow John J. Blackstone, late treasurer of Accomac
county, additional time in which to levy and collect any unpaid tax-tickets
in his hands.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That John
J. Blackstone, late treasurer of the county of Accomac, may, within
one year from the passage of this act, distrain for and collect any
uncollected tax-tickets still in his hands and not returned insolvent
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred
and eighty-nine, eighteen hundred and ninety and eighteen hundred
and ninety-one.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
