Chap. 336.—An ACT to extend the time for the collection by distress of uncol-
lected tax-tickets for the year 1888 and thereafter, in the hands of W. T.
Jones, treasurer of the city of Charlottesville.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That W. T.
Jones, treasurer of the city of Charlottesville, may, within one year
from the passage of this act, distrain for and collect any uncollected
tax-tickets still in his hands for the year eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight, and any year thereafter, still in his hands and not re-
turned delinquent, for which he has properly accounted.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
