Chap. 323.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 10 of chapter 2862 of acts of
1891-’82, entitled an act to incorporate the Harrisonburg and Bridgewater
electric railway company.

Approved February 21, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
ten of chapter two hundred and sixty-two, acts of eighteen hundred
and ninety-one and eighteen hundred and ninety-two, entitled an
act to incorporate the Harrisonburg and Bridgewater electric rail-
road company, approved February sixteenth, eighteen hundred and
ninety-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 10. The work of construction under this charter shall be com-
menced within one year, and construction completed within three
years from the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
