Chap. 321.—An ACT to repeal chapter 429 of the acts of assembly of 1889-90,
in relation to the erection of fish-ladders on Goose creek, so far as it relates
to the county of Bedford.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chap-
ter four hundred and twenty-nine of the acts of eighteen hundred
and eighty-nine and eighteen hundred and ninety, approved March
third, eighteen hundred and ninety, requiring owners of mill-dams
on Goose creek, in the county of Bedford, to erect suitable fish-
ladders, be, and the same is hereby, repealed, so far as it relates
to the county of Bedford.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of
this act are hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
