Chap. 314.—An ACT for the relief of J. G. Crouch, of the county of Henrico.

Approved February 20, 1894.

Whereas the commissioner of the revenue for the Lower district of
Henrico county having charged J. G. Crouch with eight hundred
dollars improvement on square twelve, Tate’s addition, Fairfield dis-
trict, Henrico county, when there was no improvement on said lot:
therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts draw his warrant on the treasurer for the
sum of three dollars and twenty-three cents in favor of J. G. Crouch,
that being the amount of taxes for the year eighteen hundred and
ninety-one erroneously assessed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
