Chap. 305.—An ACT to define the liability of infants for debts under certain
circumstances.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That if any

88 as a trader, fail to disclose by a sign, in letters easy to be read.

ansacted, and also by a notice published for two weeks in a news.
per (if any) printed in the city, town or county wherein the same
transacted, the fact that he is a minor, all property, stock and
oses In action acquired or used in such business, shall, as to the
editors of any such person, be liable for the debts of such person
id no plea of infancy shall be allowed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
