Chap. 305.—An ACT to define the liability of infants for debts under certain
circumstances.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That if any

transacted, the fact that he is a minor, all property, stock and
oses In action acquired or used in such business, shall, as to the
editors of any such person, be liable for the debts of such person

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
