Chap. 303.—An ACT in relation to the sale of certain church property belonging
to the Reformed church, in Woodstock, Shenandoah county.
Approved February 20, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Wil-
liam H. Bargelt and the other trustees of the property belonging to
the Reformed church, of Woodstock, Shenandoah county, and desig-
nated in the plat of said town as lot number thirty, be authorized
and empowered to sell the same, and convey said property by valid
deed of conveyance, with special warranty, to the purchaser thereof :
provided, however, that the proceeds of such sale shall be reinvested
for the benefit of said church and congregation in other church
property.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
