Chap. 291.—<An ACT to amend section 246 of the code of Virginia, with reference
to furnishing the report to reporter and judges.

Approved February 19, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
two hundred and forty-six of the code of Virginia be aurenged and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 246. He shall as soon as practicable furnish one copy of each
volume of the reports of the decisions of the court of appeals
to the reporter, one copy to each judge of the said court, of the cir-
cuit, corporation and county courts, and to the judge of the chancery
court of the city of Richmond.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
