‘Chap. 284.—An ACT to refund money improperly paid into the treasury by P.
8S. Hunter, trustee, of the county of Essex.

Approved February 19, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
.utitor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a
varrant on the treasurer in favor of P. S. Hunter, trustee, of the
county of Essex, for the sum of seventy-one dollars and seventy-one
ents, that sum being improperly paid by him into the treasury of
the state.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
