Chap. 275.—An ACT to give R. N. Turner, treasurer of Goochland county,
power of levy and distress to collect certain uncollected tax-tickets in his
hands.

Approved February 15, 1894.

Whereas R. N. Turner, treasurer of Goochland county, state of
Virginia, has in his hands various tax-tickets for which he has ac-
counted to the state and county ; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
aid R. N. Turner shall have the same power of levy and distress as
8 now possessed by treasurers under the revenue laws, for one year
trom the passage of this act, to collect the uncollected tax-tickets
10w in his hands for the vears eighteen hundred and eighty-eight,
ighteen hundred and eighty-nine, eighteen hundred and ninety,
ighteen hundred and ninety-one and eighteen hundred and ninety-
wo, and for which he has accounted to the proper authorities.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
