Chap. 27.—An ACT to authorize the school board of Catalpa distriet, Culpeper
county, to fund the indebtedness of the district incurred under the act ap-
proved February 18, 1890.

Approved January 11, 1804.

1. Be it enacted by’the general assembly of Virginia, That the
school board of Catalpa school and magisterial district of Culpeper
county be authorized to issue bonds to an amount not exceeding two
thousand five hundred dollars, to run not exceeding fifteen years, and
to be taken up at any time after two vears at the discretion of the
board, and bearing interest not exceeding six percentum per annum,
for the purpose of funding the indebtedness of said Catalpa school
and magisterial district, incurred under the act approved February,
eighteen hundred and ninety, chapter two hundred and ninety- tive,
page four hundred and seventy-two, acts eighteen hundred and eight v-
nine and eighteen hundred and ninety, the same to come under the
special levy now authorized under that act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
