Chap. 267.—An ACT to change the name of the Pulaski development com-
pany.

Approved February 15, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the genera] assembly of Virginia, That the
name of the Pulaski development company, a corporation chartered
by the general assembly, session eighteen hundred and eighty-nine
and eighteen hundred and ninety, chapter three hundred and sev-
enty-five, and entitled an act to incorporate the Pulaski development
company, approved February twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and
ninety, be, and the same is hereby, changed, and the said corpora-
tion shall be hereafter known as Dora furnace company, under which
last name it shall have all the rights, powers, privileges and fran-
chises heretofore conferred on the said Pulaski development com-
pany, and shall stand seized and possessed of all its real and perso-
nal estate, and be entitled to the benefit of all its contracts, and be
subject to all the debts, liabilities, contracts and engagements made
and incurred under its former name as the Pulaski development
company. :

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
