Chap. 256.—An ACT to amend the charter of the Chesapeake agricultural
association.

Approved February 15, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
Chesapeake agricultural association shall have the right, and is
herehy empowered to hold meetings at such place in Copeville mag-
isterial district, in the county of Northampton, as the board of direc-
tors may select, and there conduct the business of said Chesapeake
agricultural association under its present charter.

2. Be it further enacted, That the provisions of an act of the gene-
ral assembly approved February twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and
ninety-two, chapter three hundred and eighty, shall not apply
said Chesapeake agricultural association.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
