Chap. 254.—An ACT for the relief of William M. Beaton.
Approved February 15, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to draw his
warrant on the treasurer of the commonwealth in favor of William
M. Beaton for thirty-four dollars and forty-one cents, payable out of
any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same
being the amount erroneously assessed against him on a certain tract
of land in Southampton county, Virginia, and paid by him to the
treasurer of Southampton county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
