Chap. 242.—An ACT for the relief of R. Wachsmann.

Whereas R. Wachsmann has paid to the state the sum of nine
dollars in fines, imposed erroneously by a justice of the peace for
trespass of cattle in Sussex county: therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to draw
his warrant on the treasurer for nine dollars in favor of R. Wachs-
mann.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
