Chap. 207.—An ACT to make the north folk of Holston river in the county of
Scott, between certain points, a lawful fence.

Approved February 12, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
north folk of Holston river, in the county of Scott, from the State
line between Virginia and Tennessee to the Washington county line,
shall be a lawful fence.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
