Chap. 186.—An ACT to authorize ¢he boards of trustees of Ruckersville and
Monroe districts of Greene county to contribute of their, district funds to-
wards the erection of a suitable school building in the Stanardsville central
school district of said county.

Approved February 9, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the genera] assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of trustees of Ruckersville and Monroe school districts of
Greene county be, and they are hereby, authorized to contribute of
their district funds towards the erection of a suitable school building
in the Stanardsville (central school) district of said county. Such
buiding shall be located at such point in said Stanardsville school
district as may be mutuably agreed upon by the boards of the said
three districts.

Said boards are authorized to contribute respectively such amounts
us they may agree upon, and said building, when erected, shall be
used and controlled in such manner and under such regulations as
wuay be provided by the school board of Greene county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
