Chap. 167.—An ACT to authorize the council of the town of Pulaski to issue
bonds.
Approved February 7, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
council of the town of Pulaski, in the county of Pulaski, shall have
power and authority, and is hereby given power and authority, to
make, issue and sell the bonds of the said town in an amount not to
exceed thirty thousand dollars, for the purpose of building or aiding
in building within said town a court-house and jail for said county
of Pulaski or for the use of said town of Pulaski.
2. Said bonds shall be coupon bonds, and shall be issued in such
denominations and to run such length of time as the said council hy
resolution may direct, and shall be signed by the said mayor of said
town and attested by the clerk of the council.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
