Chap. 166.—An ACT for the relief of Rosa P. Millner from erroneous assess-
ment.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Rosa
P. Millner may, within three months from the passage of this act,
have leave to apply to the county court of Pittsylvania county to cor-
rect any clerical error in the assessment on the tract of one hundred
acres of land and in the amount of taxes paid on such land, under
such assessment, owned by the eaid Rosa P. Millner, in the first dis-
trict in the county of Pittsylvania.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
