Chap. 165.—An ACT to repeal an act approved February 25, 1890, entitled an
act to establish boards of commissioners of excise and to define their duties
and powers.

Approved February 7, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
upproved February twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety, en-
fitled an act to establish boards of commissioners of excise, and to
lefine their duties and powers, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
