1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia

two, entitled an act to incorporate the Norfolk and Ca
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

89. The time for the completion of the Norfolk and
road shall be extended for the period of three years fr«
of this act

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
