Chap. 162.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Loudoun county
to borrow money to build a new court-house.

Approved February 7, 184.

1. Be it enacted by the genera] assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Loudoun gounty be, and they are hereby,
empowered, at any meeting of said board, when a majority of its
members is present, to authorize the execution and issue of bonds,
either coupon or otherwise, in their discretion, in the name of Lou-
doun county, for a sum not exceeding twelve thousand dollars in the
aggregate, and use the proceeds thereof in erecting an
for said county.

2. The bonds executed and issued under the author
shall be signed by the president or chairman of sai
tested by the clerk of the county court of said county
seal of said court affixed thereto. Said bonds shall
