Chap. 158.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Dinwiddie county
to increase the salary of the county judge.

Approved February 7, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of Dinwiddie county to
increase the salary of the judge of the county court of said county
to a sum not exceeding six hundred dollars per annum, and such
increased salary shall be paid out of the county levy as provided by
law. .

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
